As afflifate members of the Volkswagen Group—Dealerware, Silvercar by Audi, Audi USA, and Audi AG worked together to launch and evolve the Audi on demand experience across multiple channels—all aimed at driving customer growth and business value for Audi's rental and subscription products in the US and Canada.
As a senior member of the Dealerware team, I led design work for the rebrand from Silvercar to Audi on demand, the launch of Audi's first subscription service, and redesigned the reservation flow to be powered by Dealerware.
To ground the work in real-world needs, I visited Audi locations, spoke with mobility specialists, tested flows with customers. To ensure brand adherce and maximize speed to market I collaborated with Audi’s global design system team in Germany to leverage their React UI Design system and useage guidelines. Each project focused on making premium mobility easier for customers while helping Audi unlock new revenue opportunities through modern, digital-first experiences.
